I don't believe there is a report that will do exactly what you want. A work-around would be to export each field enterprise statement to Excel. When running the enterprise statement, select the option to Group and Summarize by Category. This will summarize the input categories. Each field will be a separate file. You would need to cut and paste the fields into a master spreadsheet, then delete what information you did not want. Not the most convenient way to get the information, but it will work. I do this process for my corn and soybean enterprises as a whole just to get a visual of what I spend on seed, chemicals, fertilizer for each crop.
